1. What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We make special arrangements for after hour appointments and/or tours.
2. Do you accept all Major Credit Cards?
No, not at this time. In order to keep our cost down to help save you money, we accept checks, money orders and cash only.
3. Are there time restrictions on accessing my storage unit?
No. With your own special code to our gated facility, you can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4. Is there an on-site manager at your facility?
Yes. Our on-site manager is also available by phone at 541-756-7755.
5. When I move out of my storage unit, is there a refundable deposit?
Yes, if your unit is left in good condition and you have complied with our self service rental contract, your security deposit will be refunded.
6. Do storage units have heat & electricity?
The units are not heated, however, we do provide lights and a plug in at an additional cost.
7. Do you sell locks that are designed to fit your storage units?
Yes. For your convenience, we sell both locks and tarps.
